By accessing or using the Studio99 website, mobile experience, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—and capable of entering a binding contract to use our Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Services.
Products, pricing & availability
- We strive to display product images, descriptions, sizes, and colours accurately; minor variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and discontinue products without prior notice.
- Member or promotional pricing applies only when eligibility criteria are met and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed.
Orders & payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud).
- Order confirmation is sent by email/SMS once payment is successfully authorised. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or acceptance, as applicable.
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
- You agree to pay all charges, including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes, for orders you place.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines, serviceable areas, and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable law.
Membership plans
- Membership benefits, duration, fees, and renewal terms are shown on the relevant plan pages at the time of purchase.
- Benefits apply only while your membership is active and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- We may modify plan features or pricing for future purchases; existing paid periods will be honoured as described at purchase, to the extent applicable.
Returns, refunds & cancellations

Intellectual property
All content on the Services—including logos, text, graphics, product photography, and software—is owned by Studio99 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Prohibited conduct
- Using the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or payment infrastructure.
- Posting false reviews, abusing promotions, or engaging in bulk purchasing for resale without authorisation.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the website or harassing our staff or other users.
Disclaimer of warranties
