Studio99 ships fashion and lifestyle products across India through trusted courier partners. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, charges, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Serviceable areas
We currently deliver to pin codes across India where our logistics partners operate. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability. Remote or restricted areas may have longer timelines or limited service.
Order processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Processing typically takes 1–2 business days before the package is handed to the courier.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days; any delay will be communicated where possible.
Estimated delivery time
- Metro cities: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other serviceable locations: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed; actual delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping charges
- Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a minimum value or for members—terms are shown on the cart and checkout pages.
- Promotional free shipping cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Order tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS.
- Use the Track Order page or My Account to view shipment status.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after the label is created.
Delivery attempts & address accuracy
- Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address with landmark and reachable phone number.
- Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us (RTO).
- Address changes after dispatch may not always be possible; contact support immediately for assistance.
Failed delivery & returns to origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, or refusal to accept, we may refund the product value minus shipping and handling charges, or offer a re-shipment at your cost, as per our Refund Policy.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate parcels at no extra shipping charge. You will receive tracking for each shipment where applicable.
