You may cancel an order placed on Studio99 subject to the conditions below. This policy explains when cancellation is allowed, how to request it, and how refunds are handled.
Cancellation before shipment
- Orders can usually be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order is packed or dispatched.
- Use My Account → Orders or contact customer support with your order ID as soon as possible.
- If cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Cancellation after shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may refuse delivery or return the package after delivery in line with our Refund Policy, subject to eligibility and inspection.
How to cancel an order
- Log in to My Account, open the order, and select Cancel (if available).
- Or email/chat support with your order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.
- We will confirm cancellation by email or SMS once processed.
Refund timeline for cancelled orders
- Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank or wallet processing may take additional time depending on your provider.
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch do not require payment; no refund is issued.
Non-cancellable orders
- Orders already out for delivery or delivered.
- Customised, personalised, or final-sale items marked non-cancellable at checkout.
- Orders where cancellation was requested after the packing cutoff communicated at purchase.
Membership & subscription cancellations
Membership plans follow separate terms shown at purchase. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees for the current active period unless required by law or stated in the plan details.
Partial cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, partial cancellation may be available before dispatch for eligible products. Support will confirm whether items can be removed and any adjusted shipping charges.
